Payment Options

The following payment methods are accepted for purchases made on our online shopping website:

• Virtual cards

• Bank transfer

• EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

Payments by Credit Card or Virtual Card

• No commission is charged for purchases made with a credit card or virtual card.

• In order to complete the order, your bank must approve the transaction.

• Once the approval confirmation appears on the screen, the order is considered successfully completed.

• After the order is completed, an order summary will be displayed on the screen and also sent to the e-mail address registered in your membership account.

Payments by Bank Transfer and EFT

For payments made via bank transfer or EFT, you may notify us by filling out the bank transfer/EFT notification form or by contacting us via our WhatsApp line. This form helps improve our service quality and ensures that your transfer/EFT transactions are processed more quickly.

• Any commission fees related to bank transfer or EFT payments are determined by your bank.

• In order to complete the order, the payment amount sent via bank transfer or EFT must be credited to our bank accounts.

• Once the payment amount is received in our accounts, the order will be considered successfully completed.

• After the order is completed, an order summary will be sent to the e-mail address registered in your membership account.
